OPINION

2Per curiam

These are two appeals from judgments of conviction in criminal cases. The appellants in both cases have raised the common question of whether they were deprived of their right to a fair trial as a result of prosecutorial misconduct. Since the same prosecutor, John Oakes of the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office, was involved in both of these cases, we have determined that consolidation of these appeals is warranted.
