1 Reported in 211 N.W. 681. Unlawful detainer in the municipal court of Minneapolis to recover possession of an apartment occupied by the defendants in an apartment house. The plaintiff bases his title upon the foreclosure of a mortgage covering the apartment building. The court directed a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendants appeal from the judgment of restitution.
