On March 10, 1970, plaintiff Dorado Beach Hotel Corporation, filed the complaint of the above captioned case, asking this Court to vacate, set aside and declare void and unenforceable the award entered by arbitrator, Mr. Lorenzo Cruz Montero, on February 16, 1970, in Case No. 80-2 of the Bureau of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Labor Department of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, regarding a grievance presented by defendant, Unión de Trabajadores de la Industria Gastronómica de Puerto Rico, Local 610, of The Hotel, Restaurant Employees and Bartenders…
