Plaintiff has filed a petition for rehearing. He first contends that we erred in refusing to consider his argument that section 16(11) of the Medical Practice Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 91, par. 16a(ll)) is unconstitutional. The cited statute authorized the Department of Registration and Education to revoke plaintiff’s Illinois medical license on the basis of the revocation of his license in the sister State of Michigan.
