Appeal from that part of a judgment of the Supreme Court (Cardona, J.), entered July 12, 1993 in Albany County, which, in a combined proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 and action for declaratory judgment, granted motions to dismiss the third through sixth and eighth causes of action in the petition.
