Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed June 16, 1999, which ruled that claimant had no further causally related disability and denied her claim for workers’ compensation benefits.

After suffering a head laceration and concussion in September 1993 while working as a special education teacher for her self-insured employer, claimant filed for and received workers’ compensation benefits for a consequential psychiatric condition.
