Piersol, United States District Judge *905Plaintiffs brought this action against Shantel Krebs, in her official capacity as Secretary of State of South Dakota, and Marty Jackley, in his official capacity as Attorney General of South Dakota, alleging two violations of constitution law with regard to South Dakota's ballot access laws. Both parties, represented by counsel, presented evidence and argument at trial on February 6-7, 2018.
