In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice and lack of informed consent, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rosenberg, J.), dated July 14, 2011, which granted the third-party defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the third-party complaint.
