This is an original proceeding in the nature of prohibition wherein is challenged the jurisdiction of the district court in and for the County of Chaffee and the Honorable Joseph D. Blunt, judge of said court, and to restrain and stay all further proceedings in said court in that certain action therein pending, entitled George W. Everett, plaintiff v.
