SIMONS, Circuit Judge.
The facts of the case are in many respects similar to those of Hamilton National Bank v. McCallum, and Chattanooga Finance Company v. McCallum (C. C. A.) 58 F.(2d) 912, disposed of in a single opinion this day announced. The question presented involves the validity as against a trustee in bankruptcy, of the security title claimed by the holder of a trust receipt not recorded under the provisions of section 496 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
