WASHINGTON, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court, allowing the adoption of a child by its natural mother and her present husband. The child’s natural father appeals.

Appellant and respondent (the child’s mother) were married in 1947.1 They had a son — the subject of this litigation ■ — in 1948. In 1949 they separated, and on February 17, 1950, entered into a separation agreement.
