—In 1997, Jon Eric Clark was convicted of indecent exposure and sentenced to a prison term of 26 years to life under the “Three Strikes” law. In 2014, after adoption of the Three Strikes Reform Act of 2012 (Reform Act), he petitioned for resentencing. This appeal is from the denial of that petition.
