—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Berler, J.), dated January 29, 1997, as (1) granted that branch of the cross motion of the defendants Southside Hospital, Theodore A. Jospe, Matthew Zagami, and Alan G.
