Upon motion of plaintiff, General Electric Company, for a rule upon the defendant, Morris A. Waldman, individually, and trading and doing business as Belmont Supply Company, to show cause why he should not be required to pay the balance of the $1,000 fine imposed by the court on January 9, 1957, and to show cause why he should not be held in further contempt, a hearing was held and briefs submitted.
