William K. Holmes, Movant, filed on January 24, 2005, his Motion Under Section 506(b) For Determination of Secured Status and Objection to Claim of Citigroup Investment AgriFinance as Successor in Interest to The Travelers Insurance Company for Default Interest and Other Charges.
