Appellants and appellees are, together, all the heirs of A. A. Armstrong, deceased. The appellants brought this suit to set aside a deed from A. A. Armstrong to appellee. At the close of the plaintiff’s case the Chancery Court sustained defendant’s motion for decree. See Act 470 of 1949; and Werbe v. Holt, 217 Ark. 198, 229 S. W. 2d 225. The question here presented is whether the testimony for the plaintiffs was strong enough to present a question of fact for decision.
