The Supreme Court on March 23,1959, upon a petition of Alfred Page for a writ of certiorari, 359 U.S. 116, 79 S.Ct. 730, 3 L.Ed.2d 674, granted the writ and vacated the judgment of this Court denying him leave to prosecute an attempted appeal in forma pauperis from an order of the District Court denying his most recent motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 for the vacation of a sentence imposed upon him by that court, under which he is presently confined in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas.
