Petitioner Travis Ashton, born in Trinidad and Tobago, petitions for review of a November 1, 2003, order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the April 30, 2002, decision of an Immigration Judge (“IJ”) ordering that Ashton be removed to Trinidad and Tobago pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(iii) because Ashton is an alien who has been convicted of an aggravated felony.
