| tIn this workers’ compensation matter, the employer and insurer appeal the award of penalties and attorney fees for nonpayment of medical expenses and failure to authorize treatment. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS

Ronald Ellis was injured by a lightening strike on July 8, 2004, while working as a truck driver for Resource Transportation. On December 14, 2006, Mr. Ellis filed a disputed claim form.
