The Eagle Star & British Dominions, a British insurance corporation, filed a bill in interpleader, 28 U.S.C.A. § 41(26), and paid into the registry of the court the proceeds of an insurance policy on the fishing boat Yellowtail. The Yellowtail was an oil screw vessel of the burden of eighteen tons with a gross capacity of thirty-two tons) owned by M. G. Tadlock. The policy "was for $8,000.
