Wedell, J.:

Two actions were filed by a man and his wife to reform a health and accident policy and to enforce it as reformed. Judgment was for plaintiffs, George E. and Katheryn Gilbert. The defendant, Mutual Benefit Health & Accident Association, appeals.

The only reformation sought was the correction of the effective date of the policy in order to make it reflect the alleged agreement pursuant to which the application for insurance was signed and the first quarterly premium paid. Appellees were injured in an accident the day after making such payment…
