MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

Before the Court is the motion of Terri and Andrew Beebe (“Debtors”) brought pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(h), 1 filed on June 17, 2009, wherein Debtors request sanctions against the federal government in the form of an award of actual damages for emotional distress and attorneys’ fees and costs. (ECF No. 9.) Debtors have proven that the United States Small Business Administration (“SBA”) willfully violated the automatic stay imposed by their Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing on March 20, 2009 (ECF No. 1), on three separate occasions.
