Annie Stepic appeals from a decree of the Circuit Court of Brooke County dismissing Rer petition in tRe rehearing of an action in which Rer Rusband, Matt Stepic, obtained a divorce a vinculo on tRe ground of desertion.

In tRe divorce proceeding, tRe defendant, a non-resident of tRis state, made no appearance, and service was Rad by’ order of publication. TRe divorce was granted upon tRe evidence of Matt Stepic and two police officers of Wellsburg, the town in which the plaintiff and defendant Rad last cohabited as- man and wife.
