— The main case between the parties to this action was disposed of by this court by our decision reported in 121 Wash. 211, 209 Pac. 6, in which cause the judgment of the lower court decreeing separate maintenance was affirmed. By the decree in that case respondent was awarded the sum of $200 per month as maintenance and certain other sums for counsel fees and suit expense.
