Pending before the Court is Defendant P.A.M. Transport’s (“Defendant”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Plaintiff Danny Williams’ (“Plaintiff’) claims of negligent hiring, supervising, training, and retention. [Dkt. No. 20]. On August 10, 2009, the Magistrate Court issued a Report and Recommendation, recommending that Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment be granted.
