This is an action in ejectment to recover the possession of certain real estate situate in Hannibal, Missouri.
The petition alleges that plaintiff became entitled to such possession on the 30th day of April, 1940, by becoming the owner of the real estate at a trustee’s sale under a deed of trust given by the defendants, and that from said date the defendants have withheld and do still withhold the possession from plaintiff.
