Melissa Leslie Burgeson was found guilty of malice murder, felony murder while in the commission of armed robbery, armed robbery, and theft of a motor vehicle in connection with the fatal stabbing and beating of Keith Patrick Young. Burgeson challenges the indictment, discovery, the evidence, the lack of a jury poll, and the State’s opening statement and closing argument. We affirm.
