Ebel v. Brown

Defendant Robert W. Brown was granted a final decree of divorce from plaintiff Linda L. Brown on or about August 14, 1968, in the Superior Court for the County of Pierce, State of Washington.

Under paragraph 4 of that decree, the following provision appears:

"that the plaintiff pay the defendant the sum of $- none- per month per child for the care and support of the two minor children.”
