delivered the opinion of the court.

This case was before Division B of the court and was reversed on two grounds; one, that the assessment roll was not sufficiently authenticated to be received1 in evidence, and the other, that the tax collector failed to sign the list of lands struck off to the municipality and sold by it to the appellee, Burns. On the coming in of the suggestion of error, there was a division of opinion among the judges as to some of the questions involved, and the judgment formerly rendered was set aside and-the cause considered' de novo.
