Plaintiffs have filed a class action sex discrimination suit against the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission (hereafter “Highway Commission”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
