Appellee sued appellant for divorce, custody of tbeir minor children, and an undivided one-half interest in 657 acres of land alleged to be community. Appellant claimed the land was either his separate property or that of himself and children of a former marriage, and that it was his only means of support; he being 76 years old and suffering from neuritis and unable to perform manual or other labor.
