Plaintiffs, the Hills of Palos Condominium Association, Inc. (Association), on behalf of the individual unit owners, and a number of individual unit owners, brought this action against I-Del, Inc., the developer of the Hills of Palos Condominium complex to recover damages for alleged defects in the construction of the condominiums.
