On November 25, 1868, the plaintiff, Rachel Graves, and the deceased, William Graves, were husband and wife. On-that day the said William Graves, under his hand and seal,, executed and delivered to one Lyman F. Stowe, as trustee for his wife, the said Rachel, a bond in the penal sum of $6,000, to be paid to the said trustee for the said Rachelv and to the heirs of her body, for which he thereby bound himself, his heirs, administrators, and assigns.
