Affirming.

This appeal presents for review unfortunate litigation between three sisters and their mother; one sister on the one side and the other two sisters and the mother on the other.

B. M. Fisher died intestate, a resident of Boyle county, Ky., on the 21st day of April, 1925. The Boyle Bank & Trust Company, Danville, Ky., was appointed administrator of his estate.
