Clint and Amy Tuma bring this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order granting a temporary injunction enjoining them from continued ownership, custody, and control within Kerr County of any dangerous wild animal held in violation of state law. The Turnas contend the trial court’s amended temporary injunction is void because (1) the injunction does not detail why irreparable injury will occur if the temporary injunction is not granted; and (2) neither Kerr County nor Janie Whitt has standing to obtain injunctive relief.
