Rock D. Gorman (Defendant) appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty on eleven felony counts. He was convicted on December 15, 1994, of assault of a law enforcement officer in the second degree, § 565.082, RSMo Cum.Supp.1993; two counts of kid-naping, § 565.110, RSMo 1986; robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, RSMo 1986; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree, § 568.045, RSMo Cum.
