This case was initially before this court and was remanded for additional findings. United States v. Irzyk, 388 F.2d 982 (10th Cir.1968). The original opinion contains a more complete description of the issues and the facts. Briefly the case concerns construction of buildings for the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs. The installation of a sewer line was part of the job, it was undertaken by a subcontractor, and inspected by the Government inspector.
