Morris was arrested under seven warrants charging him with seven separate and distinct violations of the State prohibition law. Upon these warrants separate accusations were perferred against him in the city court of Sylvania. On being arraigned he asked the judge of that court to fix the amount of his bail in each of said cases, so that he could arrange bonds. The judge fixed his bail at $2000 in each of these cases.
