Ruggiero, Jr., administrator of the estate of Yvonne Wightman, 1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion to dismiss filed by the defendants, Michael Sposato, MidState Medical Center, MidState Medical Group, P.C., and MidState Medical Group Walk-in Center.
