MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This is a review of an administrative proceeding pursuant to Title II of the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq and Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq. Section 405(g) of the Act provides for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”). Section 1383(c)(3) of the Act provides for review of Title XVI claims.
