Case, J.

Chancery dismissed the bill, filed by the executor of George W. Alberts, deceased, to reclaim to the estate fifteen shares of Public Service Corporation eight per cent, preferred stock which had been assigned by the decedent to his wife, Louisa E. Alberts, two days before his death and again assigned, a few days later, without consideration, by Mrs. Alberts to her daughter, Helen L. Muller. Public Service Corporation did not contest. Complainant appeals.
