Appellant, a physician, sued appellee upon an account for professional services. Appellee had judgment.

In 1894 appellant began the'practice of his profession in Washington county, Indiana, and continued for two years, when he removed to Clark county. In the summer of 1897 he obtained from the State Board of Medical Begistration and Examination a certificate entitling him to practice medicine in Indiana. In December of that year he presented the certificate to the clerk of the circuit court of Clark county, and received a license to practice in that county. He continued to reside in Clark…
