OPINION AND ORDER

JUSTO ARENAS, United States Chief Magistrate Judge.

This matter is before the court on defendants’ joint motion for contempt and for a temporary restraining order filed on February 18, 2011 (Docket No. 128) based upon plaintiffs having violated my Confidentiality Order of September 28, 2010. (Docket No. 105.) Notwithstanding the time for replying in opposition having passed, and notwithstanding the severity of the allegations in the motion, the same has remained unopposed.
