Defendant Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund appeals from an order of the circuit court denying its motion to dismiss plaintiff IPF Recovery Company’s third amended complaint on the basis that the complaint was time barred by the applicable five-year statute of limitations set forth in section 13 — 205 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure (Civil Code) (735 ILCS 5/13 — 205 (West 2002)).
