MEMORANDUM DECISION

BRADFORD, Judge.

Appellants/Defendants Darrolyn Ross, Roberta Ross, and The Law Group of Ross and Brunner appeal the trial court's vacation of its entry of summary judgment in their favor. Appellants contend that the trial court's action in this regard was invalid, as it was issued the same day as the trial court judge issued an order of reeu-sal. We affirm.
