Dost Durrani (“plaintiff”) filed the instant action on December 2, 1991, against the defendants, Valdosta Technical Institute (“VTI”), the President of VTI, James Bridges (“Bridges”), and the Vice President of VTI, Owen Pruitt (“Pruitt”), in both their individual and official capacities under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (“ADEA”).
