Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Tompkins County (Barrett, J.), entered January 12, 1995, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s child to be neglected.

In July 1994, a petition was filed alleging respondent’s neglect of her five-year-old daughter, Catherine.
