Lawrence Johnson (“Johnson” or “plaintiff’), formerly an inmate at the Metropolitan Detention Center (“MDC”) in Brooklyn, New York, filed suit against the defendants, corrections officers at MDC, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
