OPINION OF THE COURT

Harold Hyman, J.

The assignee for the benefit of creditors has filed and moved to settle his final account, fixing his commissions, and for an allowance for fees to his counsel and to his accountant and for other related relief.

Because of certain oddities contained in the administration of the estate herein, the court directed a hearing regarding the public sale of the assets, as to commissions, and certain other expenses deducted therefor by the auctioneer.
