Plaintiffs allege that in February, 1900, they purchased from Mrs. Humphreys, for and in consideration of the price of $8,250, paid cash, “all of the cypress trees and the exclusive right to deaden, cut, fell and float and get out all of said cypress trees or timber on certain described lands in the Parish of Terrebonne.
